Teachers model teamwork through daily embedded collaboration. During this time, teachers: 
    •    align instruction to standards
    •    examine student work and data to determine the effectiveness of instruction
    •    problem solve and support students experiencing academic and behavioral challenges
    •    align Tier 1 PBIS practices
    •    participate in professional learning aligned to school improvement targets

Hamlin Middle School offers a robust Flex program where student's individual academic needs are met, whether that be enrichment for our TAG students, or interventions for students needing additional support.
